Independent Living Rental Community

As a rental retirement living community, you can maintain your investments without the requirement of an entrance fee. This allows you to enjoy all of the amenities and services while saving your investments for future use.

The Independent Living Monthly Fee at The Davis Community Includes:

Heat, electricity, water, sewer and trash

Independent Living in The Residences or The Cottages

With a large variety of layouts to choose from in The Residences or The Cottages, your ongoing monthly fee will depend on your choice of apartment or cottage layout and size. Rental contracts begin at $3,716 per month with a one-time community fee of $5,000. If there is a second occupant, that fee is an additional $915 per month.

Champions Assisted Living and Memory Care

The Davis Community offers direct admission to Champions assisted living and memory care neighborhood. Depending on the apartment/suite chosen and the level of assistance needed, the all-inclusive fees for assisted living start at $5,873 per month with a second person fee of $1,842 per month. Champions assisted living memory care starts at $7,625 with a second person fee of $2,763 per month depending on the suite or apartment chosen (same rate for any level of assistance). Long-term care insurance plans can be used to cover or offset these costs depending on each individual’s insurance plan.

Healthcare Center Households

For those who need skilled nursing or skilled memory care, the all-inclusive fees start at $365 per day depending on room type for skilled nursing, and $371 per day for skilled memory care. The Davis Community provides private and semiprivate suites within eight different households. Long-term care insurance plans can be used to cover or offset costs depending on each individual’s insurance plan.
