Independent Living Rental Community

As a rental retirement living community, you can maintain your investments without the requirement of an entrance fee. This allows you to enjoy all of the amenities and services while saving your investments for future use.

The Independent Living Monthly Fee at The Davis Community Includes:

Independent Living in The Residences or The Cottages

With a large variety of layouts to choose from in The Residences or The Cottages, your ongoing monthly fee will depend on your choice of apartment or cottage layout and size. Rental contracts begin at $3,891 per month with a one-time community fee of $5,000. If there is a second occupant, that fee is an additional $955 per month.

Champions Assisted Living and Memory Care

The Davis Community offers direct admission to Champions assisted living and memory care neighborhood. Depending on the apartment/suite chosen and the level of assistance needed, the fees for assisted living start at $6,225 per month with a second person fee of $1,950 per month. Champions assisted living memory care starts at an all-inclusive fee of $8,080 with a second person fee of $2,930 per month depending on the suite or apartment chosen (same rate for any level of assistance). Long-term care insurance plans can be used to cover or offset these costs depending on each individual’s insurance plan.

Healthcare Center Households

For those who need skilled nursing or skilled memory care, the all-inclusive fees start at $385 per day depending on room type for skilled nursing, and $390 per day for semi-private skilled memory care. The Davis Community provides private and semiprivate suites within eight different households. Long-term care insurance plans can be used to cover or offset costs depending on each individual’s insurance plan.
