When Champion McDowell Davis created The Davis Community for older adults, he envisioned a place to provide a life that enhances residents’ social, spiritual, mental and physical needs in a safe and inspiring setting. While the creation of this community originated as a place for those who live on the 54-acre campus, it has grown to include amenities and services that are open to all Wilmington residents and visitors.

The Fitness Zone
The Davis Community partnered with Foresight Fitness to provide full-service programming at the Fitness Zone. There are a wide variety of classes in the studio and pool open to residents, children and adults of all ages, including swim lessons for children and adults.
Fitness Zone members can enjoy fitness classes, including Tai Chi and pickleball, among many other fitness class options. Come by, take a tour and learn more about the Fitness Zone.
Serenity Station Salon & Spa Services
The Serenity Station Salon & Spa at The Davis Community is a resort-style spa open to residents and the general public. Whether you choose to get your hair done or have a massage, you will leave the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed while looking your best.
The services offered at the spa and salon include hair, nails, face, body and massage services.

Cornelia’s
Wilmington’s newest upscale Southern restaurant is open to residents and the public and located on the campus of The Davis Community at 980 Roundhouse Circle in Wilmington. Cornelia’s provides Southern favorites with a lighter modern fare. With items like baby back ribs, jumbo lump crab cakes, crème brulee and lots of fresh produce, the menu is sure to please all palates! To view the menu, click here.

- Lunch: Tuesday – Saturday, 11:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Dinner: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday
